Custom software development, consulting, retainer, and fractional CTO services are governed by individual engagement agreements. If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed engagement agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

SMS Notifications

Ad Lunam Technologies, Inc. operates an SMS notification program ("Ad Lunam Operations Alerts") for authorized B2B clients and internal personnel. By opting in, recipients agree to receive transactional service notifications including system status alerts, maintenance notices, security alerts, and account-related updates from Ad Lunam Technologies, Inc.

Message frequency varies based on operational events and is not on a fixed schedule. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier agreement.

To opt out of SMS notifications at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive. To request help, reply HELP. For support, contact admin@adlunamtechnologies.com.

Authorized recipients may opt in by replying START or through the consent process during client or employee onboarding. Carriers and Ad Lunam Technologies, Inc. are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Personal information collected through the SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://adlunamtechnologies.com/legal/privacy.php and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

EMR Management

EMR Management services are governed by separate product terms available at emr.management.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, and materials on this website are owned by Ad Lunam Technologies, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as permitted by law or written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ad Lunam Technologies, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of this website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes

Any dispute related to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas, and each party consents to those courts.
